Order Processing

We process orders within 3 business days after they are placed. Processing time is included in the total delivery estimate below and is not added on top of it.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and carrier tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address needs correction, contact us as soon as possible at chrisday1896@outlook.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change the address. If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable, contact us and we will review the available options under this policy and applicable law.
